As an Amazon Associate, you will report to our Director of E-commerce and sit on the Digital team. An ideal candidate will be an inquisitive self-starter looking to further develop their Amazon expertise, with the agility to support the ever-changing Amazon Marketplace.  

This is a fully remote role, in a fully remote team that primarily works in EST/CST time zones. Excellent proactive written communication and a willingness to work collaboratively through tools such as Teams, Asana, and Slack are a must.  

Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish new item content, ensuring all copy and visuals reflect our brand voice and beauty positioning. 

  • Manage Vine program – from enrollment to day-to-day support  

  • Continuously optimize Beekman 1802's Amazon marketplace by: 

  • Ideating, briefing, managing the development, and updating all PDP assets and pages – from new product to pricing, variations, kits, and collections - including copy, tiles and descriptions 

  • Leading ongoing A+ Content optimization, tailoring messaging to resonate with beauty shoppers 

  • Ideating, running, and reporting results on A/B tests with content and imagery to enhance conversion rates and product visibility 

  • Performing continuous audits of product listings, ensuring brand consistency, correct variation structure, and Buy Box visibility 

  • Managing loyalty and couponing programs (including analytics, insights, and enrolling new products, flagging inventory risks) 

  • Executing detailed page optimization, informed by search and ad performance 

  • Actively improving star ratings with Amazon and Beekman 1802 programs  

  • Handle general case management for listing errors, suppressed items, and catalog issues with Amazon support 

  • Own end-to-end Syndication management of Amazon channel to ensure consistent content across the platform 

  • Manage Amazon CX through monitoring and troubleshooting NCX scores, review management, question response, feedback, voice of customer, and optimization utilizing our brand voice to provide best-in-class CX to our Neighbors 

  • Manage variation families and variation troubleshooting 

  • New ASIN creation and virtual bundle ASIN creation 

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to maintain a visually compelling Brand Storefront 

  • Pitch and manage beta testing for new projects and programs, especially those offered by Amazon  

  • Support influencer and creator connection efforts as needed 

  • Complete self-service design work, such as image resizing, overlays, or template adjustments as needed 

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a related role in the consumer products (beauty experience a plus)  
  • Experience in Amazon Seller Central, managing Amazon content, and executing Amazon flat file catalog updates. 

  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.  

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.  

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent working experience.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills and prior relevant experience. The base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000, depending on skills and experience levels.
