AWS Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on Amazon Kinesis experience in building real-time event-driven streaming applications using Lambda, API Gateway, Python/Java, and serverless AWS architecture.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced AWS Full Stack Developer to lead the migration of contact center call recording and analytics capabilities from the current Amazon Connect and Calabrio integration to a modern architecture. This role will design, develop, and implement cloud-native solutions to transition call recordings, metadata, analytics, and downstream integrations while ensuring security, compliance, and minimal disruption to contact center operations.
The ideal candidate combines strong AWS application development skills with experience in contact center technologies, serverless architectures, data migration, and full-stack application development.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Architecture
  • Design and implement a scalable AWS architecture to migrate call recordings and analytics from Calabrio to Amazon Connect Contact Lens.
  • Assess the existing Amazon Connect and Calabrio integration, including recording storage, metadata structures, retention policies, and reporting dependencies.
  • Define migration strategies for historical recordings, transcripts, and associated metadata.
  • Develop reusable Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.

Backend Development
  • Build serverless and microservices-based applications using AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, and Amazon SQS.
  • Develop APIs and automation to extract recordings and metadata from Calabrio and load them into AWS services such as Amazon S3 and Amazon DynamoDB.
  • Integrate with Amazon Transcribe and Contact Lens analytics where required.

Front-End Development
  • Develop dashboards and administrative tools using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Build interfaces for migration monitoring, reconciliation, and operational reporting.

Data Migration and Validation
  • Develop automated scripts to migrate historical call recordings, transcripts, and metadata.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks.
  • Ensure chain of custody and auditability throughout the migration process.

DevOps and Automation
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub GitHub Actions, Atlassian Jenkins, or Amazon Web Services AWS CodePipeline.
  • Automate environment provisioning, testing, and deployment.

Security and Compliance
  • Implement encryption, access controls, and audit logging using AWS Key Management Service, AWS Identity and Access Management, and AWS CloudTrail.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PCI, and enterprise data retention requirements.

Collaboration
  • Partner with contact center, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
  • Support testing, cutover planning, and post-production stabilization.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience developing applications on AWS.
  • 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect.
  • Experience with Amazon Connect Contact Lens and/or call recording analytics platforms.
  • Experience integrating with Calabrio or similar workforce and recording solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java.
  • Front-end development experience with React or Angular.
  • Expertise in REST APIs, serverless architecture, and event-driven design.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation.
  • Strong understanding of data migration, reconciliation, and testing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Amazon Web Services certifications such as AWS Certified Developer Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional.
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of contact center quality management and analytics processes.
