Position SummaryThe Data Input Assistant plays a key role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for clients and clinic operations. This position involves entering information into electronic systems, verifying data accuracy, and supporting the clinic's day-to-day administrative workflow.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately input client information, appointment details, and session notes into clinic databases or EMR systems
Update and maintain digital records, including intake forms, insurance details, and progress tracking
Cross-check data for errors or omissions and communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies
Assist in organizing and digitizing paper records as needed
Support the administrative team with clerical tasks related to data management
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times
Assist with basic reporting or data summaries as requested by supervisors
Collaborate with clinicians and front desk staff to ensure timely and accurate data entry
Required:
