Job Title: Logistics CoordinatorJob Description

The Logistics Coordinator manages inventory, warehouse operations, freight movement, customs compliance, and fulfillment activities across North America. This role supports direct-to-consumer, Amazon, retail, and wholesale channels, ensuring that products move efficiently through third-party warehouses and carriers while maintaining regulatory compliance and accurate inventory. The position requires close collaboration with warehouses, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to drive reliable, scalable supply chain operations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations across North America for DTC, Amazon, retail, and wholesale channels.
  • Manage third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses, including inbound and outbound shipments, storage, and fulfillment processes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and perform regular reconciliation to ensure inventory integrity.
  • Coordinate import and export logistics, including freight bookings, documentation, and customs clearance activities.
  • Ensure customs and regulatory compliance, including CPSC eFiling and customs reporting, in partnership with customs brokers.
  • Manage Amazon FBA operations, including inbound shipments, inventory management, and performance metrics.
  • Use ACE Portal and ERP systems such as NetSuite (or similar platforms) to manage data, reporting, and compliance records.
  • Support kitting and work order management to meet specific customer, retail, and promotional requirements.
  • Handle reverse logistics processes, including returns, refurbishments, and disposition of goods.
  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process workflows for logistics and fulfillment.
  • Analyze logistics data to produce reports, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline logistics workflows, improve data quality, and reduce manual tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams to align logistics activities with sales, operations, and customer service needs.
  • Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and customs brokers to resolve issues, minimize delays, and maintain service levels.
  • Manage retailer portal activities and requirements for platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Retail Link, Target, and Supplier One.
  • Support big-box retail logistics and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to routing guides and vendor standards.
