Vos responsabilites
- Agir comme gestionnaire de service de comptes client
- Etre responsable de la planification des travaux relatifs a l'administration des regimes de retraite
- Participer a la supervision et a la verification des travaux
- Assurer le suivi de l'avancement des travaux et projets
- Former et encadrer les ressources de l'equipe
- Soutenir l'equipe dans la realisation des differents projets speciaux
- Elaborer le budget et en assurer le suivi
- Accroitre la satisfaction des clients en ecoutant leurs besoins et en repondant a leurs diverses demandes, ainsi qu'a celles des participants et des fiduciaires
- Proposer des ameliorations a nos differents processus
- Developper de nouveaux liens d'affaires, de nouvelles ententes avec les clients existants et contribuer a developper de nouveaux marches avec les clients potentiels.
Qualifications recherchees
- Un minimum de 10 ans d'experience pertinente
- Baccalaureat en mathematiques, finance, administration, actuariat ou tout autre formation jugee adequate
- Esprit d'equipe hors du commun
- Pensee analytique bien aiguisee et avoir le souci du detail
- Sens de l'organisation et de debrouillardise
- Aptitudes de communication et de collaboration
- Bonne capacite a gerer et mobiliser une equipe de travail
- Bonnes habiletes en matiere de service a la clientele
Your responsibilities
- Act as manager in the client accounts department
- Take responsibility for planning the work related to pension plan administration
- Help with work supervision and verification
- Monitor the progress of tasks and projects
- Train and coach team members
- Provide support for the team in carrying out a variety of special projects
- Prepare and track the budget
- Build clients' satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to their various requests, as well as those of members and trustees
- Suggest ways of improving our processes
- Develop new business contacts, new agreements with existing clients, and help develop new markets with prospective clients.
Core Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science or other relevant training
- Exceptional team spirit
- Incisive analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Well-organized and resourceful
- Good communication and collaborative skills
- Strong ability to manage and motivate a work group
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Excellent spoken and written French; bilingualism an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
