Are you a self-motivated, driven professional who enjoys building relationships, closing sales, and helping people protect what matters most? Jimmy Smith Allstate Insurance in Austin, TX, is looking for an enthusiastic Remote Licensed Sales Producer to join our team. Preference given to applicants who reside in the Central Time Zone.
We're seeking someone with insurance sales experience who is ready to take their career to the next level. Allstate-experience also preferred.

What You'll Do
As a Remote Licensed Sales Producer, you'll prospect new business, close sales, and help individuals and families find insurance solutions that fit their needs while building long-term relationships based on trust, personalized service, and exceptional customer care.
Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer goals and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
  • Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
  • Generate new business through leads, referrals, follow-up, networking, and agency marketing efforts.
  • Quote, bind, and issue insurance policies while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to help customers build more comprehensive insurance protection.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to build trust and maintain strong relationships.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using agency technology and CRM systems.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required for remote consideration
