Job Title: Freelance Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Remote

TalentBridgeX is looking to partner with an experienced freelance recruiter to help us fill specialized clinical positions, with a strong emphasis on radiology roles including Mammography Technologists, MRI Technologists, and other imaging professionals. This is a fully remote, flexible arrangement, ideal for a seasoned recruiter who has an existing network in the healthcare space and wants to earn without being tied to a desk.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for our open radiology and broader healthcare roles
  • Conducting initial candidate outreach and qualifying conversations to assess fit, availability, and compensation expectations
  • Managing candidate pipelines and keeping us updated on status throughout the placement process
  • Coordinating interview scheduling between candidates and our client facilities
  • Supporting offer negotiations and ensuring smooth candidate hand-offs through to placement
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of credentialed imaging professionals (ARRT-registered, state-licensed where applicable)

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience recruiting for allied health or radiology-specific roles (Mammo Tech, MRI Tech, CT Tech, Rad Tech, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of clinical credentialing requirements, ARRT certifications, and state licensure basics
  • Strong candidate sourcing skills, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, niche healthcare job boards, referral networks
