We provide a structured schedule, operating Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a consistently positive work-life balance. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions designed to meet individual client needs, addressing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Facilitate client discussions to help them articulate their thoughts and emotions, and guide them toward developing healthier coping strategies.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, harnessing your clinical expertise to adapt approaches that best suit the client’s progress.
• Monitor and document client progress, utilizing electronic health records to maintain accurate case notes and treatment summaries.
• Engage in collaborative communication with clients, ensuring their feedback is integral to the therapeutic process.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to uphold our commitment to professional development and high-quality care.

Your clients will include adults from diverse backgrounds navigating various life challenges. Many seek assistance in managing ongoing mental health issues, trauma recovery, or developing skills to enhance their emotional well-being. By providing tailored support, you will play a crucial role in their path toward recovery and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• An active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to a client-centered approach.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems to document and track case notes and client progress.

• Experience working in a remote setting and familiarity with telehealth services.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to the salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
