Up Up 'n Away Travel is looking for ambitious, energetic, outgoing individuals to assist clients in turning their dream vacations into a reality. Believe it or not, most of what a travel agent does is customer service oriented and using those skills will ensure loyal lifetime clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be able to educate your clients as to what is the best resort for their location and budget. Up Up 'n Away Travel's goal is to ensure the client has the best vacation ever.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the best traveler experience in each situation
  • Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on clients budget and interests
  • We book directly with the vendors, and you will learn what vendors are best to use for the various locations your clients want. You will learn how to book air, resort, car rentals, Theme Park tickets, sporting events, cruises, show tickets, concerts, and more.
  • We continually provide you with ongoing training, to keep you current on the industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information
  • Maintain excellent client communication throughout entire sales process (pre- to post-travel) via email, phone, and sometimes Zoom

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a smartphone, and/or tablet/computer/laptop with reliable internet access
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to articulate verbally and written
  • Detail oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Must have a positive attitude, be willing to learn, and be trainable
  • The ability to work remote, full time or part time
