You will collaborate virtually with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring that comprehensive care is a priority for all of our patients.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health challenges and developing personalized treatment plans that employ evidence-based therapies.
• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, ensuring they align with individual patient needs.
• Documenting all client interactions and treatment progress meticulously to comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain the highest ethical standards in clinical practices.
• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to foster integrative treatment strategies, participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance patient care quality.
• Providing ongoing education and support to clients and their families about mental health topics and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
• Staying informed about the latest research and trends in mental health care, integrating new knowledge into your practice to improve therapeutic outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid License to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience specifically providing psychotherapy services.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based treatment methodologies and therapeutic interventions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients effectively.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to craft effective and individualized treatment strategies.
• A collaborative mindset, demonstrating the ability to work successfully within multidisciplinary teams.

While the minimum requirement is three years of experience, candidates with experience in specialized therapies or working with certain populations (e.g., trauma survivors, children, or the elderly) will find their applications particularly welcome. Familiarity with digital documentation systems used for clinical record-keeping will be a plus.
