• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to understand and evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring each client receives appropriate care tailored to their situation.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide comprehensive and integrated care that benefits every client.
• Engage actively with clients' families, providing them with education on mental health issues and strategies to support their loved ones throughout the recovery process.
