• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans that effectively address their unique challenges.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness techniques, ensuring that treatments align with each client's goals and needs.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to drive positive outcomes in their mental health journeys.
• Offer flexibility by providing teletherapy options, ensuring that clients who face physical, geographical, or emotional barriers can still access mental health support.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory practices, reinforcing our commitment to professionalism and quality care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and stay current with emerging practices in mental health therapy.

In this role, you will serve a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, all seeking support for a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your work will directly contribute to improving their quality of life and fostering resilience in the face of adversity.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a depth of knowledge in mental health practices.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to provide holistic care for clients.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed therapy, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations, with a focus on culturally competent care.
