As a counselor with Inner Peace, you will work with a diverse client base that may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A Master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and connect with clients through virtual communication.
• Demonstrated capacity for empathy, compassion, and understanding toward various client experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills essential for effectively managing caseloads and documentation within a virtual environment.

• Experience with teletherapy or working in a remote healthcare environment is highly desirable.
• A background in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documenting patient interactions and treatment progress.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a willingness to integrate new techniques into practice.
