• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address the specific relational and mental health needs of clients.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing family systems theory and evidence-based interventions to effectively address issues like communication breakdown, relationship conflict, and family stressors.
• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and their families.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans that comply with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Equip clients with essential communication strategies, conflict resolution techniques, and coping mechanisms to enhance their relationships and emotional resilience.
• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to foster an integrated approach to client care.
• Commit to professional development by staying informed about the latest research and best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy through ongoing education.

Your role will involve working with a diverse population that includes adults as well as children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in helping families navigate their dynamics, understand their communication styles, and build healthier relationships, ultimately leading to improved mental and emotional well-being.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience in the field of marriage and family therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain effective therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate diverse client needs and appointments.

• Experience providing therapy services in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools for teletherapy and client management is a plus.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care and systemic therapy practices.
