• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and establish treatment needs.
• Provide insightful and personalized one-on-one counseling sessions for clients facing a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, addressing relationship dynamics and enhancing communication among family members.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that establish clear objectives and therapeutic interventions based on individual needs.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services to clients in acute crises, ensuring they're equipped with coping strategies and emergency support.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, effective coping mechanisms, and local resources available for further support.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
• Uphold the ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing counseling practices, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent protocols are consistently followed.

You will work predominantly with an outpatient population comprising adults, children, and families dealing with a range of mental health challenges. Your role will focus on providing an empathetic, client-centered approach that acknowledges the diverse backgrounds and needs of those seeking our services. Building trust and rapport with clients will be essential to fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• Strong clinical skills and a proven track record of providing quality counseling services in a variety of settings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and their families.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, trust, and rapport-building with clients from various backgrounds.
• Commitment to ethical and professional conduct in practice.

• Experience providing telehealth services or remote counseling may be advantageous.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Prior experience treating clients with complex mental health conditions.

This role offers an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
