• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
• Conduct regular client meetings to monitor progress, stability, and to discuss upcoming appointments, with consideration for appropriate discharge planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, consistently monitoring effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary.
• Thoroughly document client interactions, maintaining accurate progress notes and treatment records.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to build a foundational understanding of each client's needs and goals.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's situation.
• Engage in one-on-one supervision sessions for professional development and clinical guidance.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
• Maintain a growth mindset, staying current in best practices and new interventions in mental health treatment.

Your role will encompass providing therapeutic services to a diverse outpatient population that includes adults, children, and families. • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential with unrestricted and independent practice capabilities.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and scheduling.
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfortable conducting and completing thorough intake assessments and evaluations.

• Experience in multiple therapeutic modalities and techniques tailored to various client population needs.
• Familiarity with utilizing telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Open Sky Healing Counseling, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload management success.
