Position: Senior Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer
Location: Remote (Client EST)
Contract (W2)

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, including the Unified Experience interface
  • Demonstrated experience migrating project data from a legacy platform (Optimizely CMP, Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar) into Workfront
  • Building and maintaining Workfront Fusion scenarios (API integrations, data mapping, error handling, iterators)
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workfront Unified Experience and Workfront Fusion specialist to lead the technical delivery of a platform transition engagement. This role is responsible for designing and executing automated workflows that migrate project management data from a legacy CMP into Workfront, while delivering hands-on training and change management support to ensure successful user adoption.

  • Fusion Scenario Development - Design, build, and test Workfront Fusion scenarios that ingest structured CSV data from SharePoint and auto-create Workfront projects, tasks, and metadata with minimal manual intervention
  • Migration & Archiving - Define and execute a structured migration framework, including criteria for what gets preserved, archived, or retired; support large-scale DAM archive transfers to SharePoint
  • Workfront Configuration - Configure Workfront project templates, custom forms, group/team structures, and request queues to align with the client's operational workflows
  • Training Delivery - Conduct a training needs assessment, then design and deliver role-specific refresher training for campaign managers, creative contributors, and approvers transitioning to Workfront
  • Parallel-Run & Hypercare Support - Provide hands-on support during the parallel-run period as users transition between platforms, troubleshoot issues in real time, and serve as the primary technical escalation point through cutover
  • Stakeholder Coordination - Collaborate with implementation vendors and internal teams to define scope boundaries, align on technical touchpoints, and avoid duplication of effort
  • Change Management Support - Contribute to communications planning and proactive change management activities to reduce resistance and drive adoption across the user base
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, including the Unified Experience interface
  • 2+ years building and maintaining Workfront Fusion scenarios (API integrations, data mapping, error handling, iterators)
  • Demonstrated experience migrating project data from a legacy platform (Optimizely CMP, Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar) into Workfront
