Renovate Family Counseling Center is seeking a compassionate and results-driven Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position involves providing vital mental health services to clients as they navigate their recovery journey. You will play a key role in conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility and the ability to connect with clients from the comfort of your home or chosen workspace. You will engage in a supportive and collaborative online culture, meeting regularly with other treatment team members to discuss cases, share insights, and refine intervention strategies. Our outpatient setting allows counselors the opportunity to interact with clients both individually and in group settings, helping foster a community of recovery and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments within 24 hours of client admission to establish rapport and outline treatment needs.
  • Create individualized Comprehensive Treatment Plans and Integrated Treatment Summaries within three days of admission, focusing on developing specific, measurable goals.
  • Deliver individualized psychotherapy sessions three times weekly for each client and lead conjoint family psychotherapy sessions at least once per week to promote family understanding and support.
  • Facilitate professional development groups, multifamily sessions, and alumni support groups, fostering community and encouraging ongoing engagement with the counseling process.
  • Interface with insurance companies, ensuring that appropriate clinical documentation is provided for scheduling certifications and ongoing treatment approvals.
  • Provide timely updates and revisions to treatment plans, ensuring clients are well-informed about their progress and therapeutic goals.
  • Remain accessible to clients and their families, offering guidance and support as clients navigate their recovery journey.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
