UW-Green Bay welcomes the submission of credentials from persons interested in administrative support temporary university staff positions as they occur on campus. This posting does not apply to a specific current opening. Respondents to this posting will be included in a general administrative support temporary pool. Job duties may include general office assistance and administrative support for individual departments at UW-Green Bay.
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Tracks, stocks, orders, and inventories office supplies to ensure adequate materials are available for workplace operation
  • Sends, receives, copies, and distributes communications to the appropriate entities according to established policies and procedures
  • Schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and work unit operations
  • Serves as first point of contact for individuals and groups providing basic organizational information via phone, in person, and through other communication mediums, routing more complex inquiries to the appropriate entities

Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication, organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook)
  • Capacity to work autonomously and in a self-directed fashion

The Universities of Wisconsin provides an excellent benefits package to meet the diverse needs of its employees. For benefits eligible positions, this includes several health insurance options, with annual deductibles as low as $250/individual and $500/family. We participate in the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS), where employer contributions begin immediately, and employees are fully vested after 5 years of service. In addition, eligible employees receive several types of paid leave benefits, which are prorated for employees working less than 100%. Employee Misconduct
