Job Summaryย 
The Product Managementย function atย RethinkBHย focuses on delivering meaningful, user-centric products that help patients and ABA practices by improving workflows, communication,ย andย treatment outcomes.ย 

Product Managers driveย product vision, strategy, metrics, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs. The Product Manager is at the center of where users,ย business, product, design, analytics, and engineering meet.ย ย The product manager is expected to heavilyย leverageย AI tools toย buildย user experiences for user review and handoffย to engineering.ย

Key Responsibilitiesย 

Product Strategy & AI Innovationย 

  • Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and positioningย ย 

  • Identifyย and prioritize AI/ML opportunities to solve clinical and operational needsย ย 

  • Build business cases grounded in ROI, data insights, and AI-driven value creationย ย 

  • Stay ahead of market trends, especially in AI, digital health, and ABA solutionsย ย
