• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health needs, including family dynamics and individual strengths.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on clinician assessments and evidence-based practices, ensuring that each plan is student-centered.
• Collaborate closely with educational professionals—including teachers and school psychologists—to address behavioral and emotional concerns that affect students’ academic performance.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to provide therapeutic support in a community setting.
• Participate in crisis intervention and risk assessment activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of students at all times.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans, adhering to both ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in regular professional development and training opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and keep up with the latest therapeutic research.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing common issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential issued by the state of California.

• Strong knowledge of and practical experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches, particularly those relevant to youth.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills are essential for building strong rapport with students and their families.

• Specialized training in trauma-informed care or school-based mental health is advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a competitive sign-on bonus.
