This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing our counselors to maintain a flexible work-life balance while delivering critical therapeutic services. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, identifying key areas for intervention.
• Develop tailored treatment plans collaboratively with clients, incorporating their goals and preferences along with evidence-based methodologies.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.
• Monitor clients' progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment interventions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, pediatricians, and social workers, to facilitate adjunctive care for clients as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with the latest trends and research in mental health.

Marshfield Mental Healthcare Center serves a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, or relationship dynamics, our counselors provide empathetic and individualized support to help clients achieve significant breakthroughs in their mental health journeys.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including but not limited to: LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, Licensed Psychologist, or LCSW-C.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary for building strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a virtual team setting.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and client engagement.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapy services, demonstrating a track record of successful client outcomes.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment practices and a commitment to continuously evolving one’s therapeutic skills.
• Comfort with diverse populations, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the varying cultural and situational contexts of clients.
