Work Environment

This position allows you to work remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining a professional commitment to your clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status through interviews, tests, and observations.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique history, strengths, and challenges.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods to foster healing and growth.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance, including teaching coping strategies and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other health professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date progress notes in our electronic health record system, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
