• Comprehensive Clinical Assessments: You will conduct thorough clinical evaluations to identify clients' unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other appropriate techniques to aid clients in managing their symptoms and achieving their treatment goals.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and the ethical standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
• Case Consultations: Participate in regular peer reviews and clinical supervision meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.
• Patient and Family Education: Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources, empowering them to navigate their recovery journey.

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification and those facing challenges associated with substance use disorders, often accompanied by mental health issues. This role requires a compassionate approach, as you will address complex emotional and psychological needs while guiding clients towards recovery within a structured treatment environment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, showcasing your solid foundation in social work principles.
• Current, valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Illinois, affirming your professional qualifications.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting, enabling you to bring depth and insight into your interactions with clients.

• Experience working with detox patients or in inpatient/outpatient addiction treatment settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to enhance clinical documentation efficiency.
• Certification in specialized therapeutic modalities (such as DBT or CBT) that add value to your practice.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
