• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapeutic care via live video sessions to adults facing a range of emotional disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address specific family relationship conflicts, behavioral concerns, and personal development goals.
• Utilize advanced video conferencing software to conduct meaningful remote therapy sessions, creating a trusting relationship that encourages open dialogue.
• Empower clients and their families to develop practical skills and strategies for effectively confronting their challenges and fostering positive changes.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ emotional and mental health needs, providing accurate diagnoses and creating actionable treatment plans aligned with their goals.

The clientele served in our telehealth program consists primarily of adults facing emotional and psychological challenges related to various life circumstances, including interpersonal relationships and personal crises. By prioritizing a collaborative approach, you will work closely with clients and their families to navigate these issues, leveraging evidence-based methods that yield positive therapeutic outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) or an equivalent relevant field.
• Active LMFT licensure in the state of Washington, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Marriage and Family Therapist, demonstrating expertise in a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Proficiency in telemedicine tools and video-conferencing platforms; familiarity with electronic health records is a plus.
• A solid understanding of diagnostic principles, treatment methodologies, and procedures for addressing mental health dysfunctions.

• Experience in addiction therapy and working with clients dealing with substance use issues.
• Previous work in community health settings or telehealth environments is highly desirable.
• Strong background in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused counseling.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
