In this remote outpatient role, you will be part of a collaborative team of mental health professionals committed to delivering high-quality care. Utilize telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and group video conferencing tools to connect with clients and seamlessly document their progress. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify and evaluate clients' mental health needs, particularly regarding their substance use disorders.
• Create, implement, and adjust personalized evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients’ recovery goals and improve mental health outcomes.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, couples therapy, and group therapy meetings, employing advanced therapeutic interventions tailored to the diverse needs of your clients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure holistic and continuous care for clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Participate in regular supervision, peer review sessions, and professional training workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on emerging best practices in mental health counseling.

Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with addiction and the complex emotional, psychological, and social challenges they face. You will work with clients representing a variety of backgrounds and demographics, tailoring your approach to each individual's unique circumstances, past experiences, and recovery timelines. This role demands both clinical expertise and significant cultural sensitivity, as many clients may also be navigating trauma and distress associated with their substance use.

• A Master’s Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related mental health field is required.
• An active, independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of Florida.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly those related to addiction treatment.
• Demonstrated capacity to connect meaningfully with clients while maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.

• Previous experience in addiction counseling or crisis intervention settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and relevant digital tools.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural dynamics in mental health.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we provide a sign-on bonus to new hires. Our benefits package includes:
