• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance use history and mental health status, identifying areas that require immediate and long-term intervention.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address not only addiction but also co-occurring mental health disorders, utilizing best practices and evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques to foster understanding, connection, and personal growth in clients.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to coordinate integrated care for clients.
• Provide education and support to clients’ families, encouraging their involvement in the recovery process to enhance outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions and client progress in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.

Our clientele comprises individuals facing challenges related to substance use disorders, often in conjunction with other mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. The focus of this role is to facilitate their recovery journey by providing empathetic, supportive, and evidence-based counseling that empowers clients to reclaim their lives and achieve long-term wellness.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related area from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated experience or specialized training in addiction counseling, including familiarity with evidence-based practices specific to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Previous experience working in a clinical setting focused on substance abuse treatment and mental health rehabilitation.
• Proficient understanding of state and federal regulations pertaining to mental health and substance abuse treatment.
