This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being an active participant in a multidisciplinary treatment team. You will collaborate closely with doctors, psychologists, and addiction specialists to ensure an integrated approach to care. Our remote work structure is supported by advanced digital tools and systems that facilitate communication and access to patient information securely.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse issues and overall mental health status.
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs, addressing both addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Collaborate effectively with fellow treatment team members to ensure a cohesive, multidisciplinary approach to client care.
• Provide education and support to clients’ families, fostering their involvement in the recovery process and enhancing the support system.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practice standards.

You will primarily work with diverse populations suffering from substance abuse issues and related mental health disorders. Understanding the unique challenges faced by clients from various backgrounds is crucial to building trust and achieving successful therapeutic outcomes. Our approach emphasizes the importance of empathy, active listening, and cultural competence.

• A valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Trained in evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Strong therapeutic skills, with the ability to motivate and empower clients towards recovery.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, necessary for effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience working in a mental health counseling capacity, particularly in addiction treatment environments.
• Familiarity with community resources and healthcare systems that support clients in their recovery journey.
• A track record of engaging with clients successfully through diverse counseling methods and therapeutic strategies.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to a strong salary, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including:
