This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. The role is structured for full-time engagement (minimum of 30 hours/week), with the option for flexibility that accommodates part-time commitments (minimum of 5 hours/week). You will have the autonomy to design a work schedule that suits your lifestyle while still meeting the needs of your clients.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Topform Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via a user-friendly video chat platform.
• Conducting thorough assessments to understand client needs and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.
• Facilitating the development of new coping skills, problem-solving strategies, and effective communication techniques during therapy sessions.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Promoting a supportive therapeutic environment that fosters trust and openness between you and your clients.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults seeking assistance for low-acuity mental health concerns. This may include issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. Your role will be vital in helping them build resilience and gain the tools necessary for navigating life's challenges effectively.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A current and valid state license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD) to practice independently in Washington.
• No disciplinary actions against your license, indicating a commitment to professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with proficiency with technology, to conduct remote sessions effectively.
• Access to a stable Wi-Fi connection to ensure seamless client interactions.

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience working with diverse populations or in community mental health settings will be favored. Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies will also be seen as a strong asset.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
