Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions via video conferencing platforms, providing individual support to clients seeking help with low acuity mental health concerns.
• Facilitate an open dialogue with clients regarding their emotions and experiences, encouraging self-reflection, awareness, and personal growth.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health needs comprehensively, design personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions that align with your clinical expertise.
• Advocate for clients by actively listening, understanding their challenges, and assisting them in setting feasible and achievable goals.
• Document session details and progress notes accurately in compliance with organizational protocols, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for effective case management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily include stable adults facing low acuity mental health issues, providing you with the opportunity to make a genuine impact without the complexities associated with severe cases. Our pre-screening procedures ensure that clients are well-suited for remote therapy, allowing you to deliver focused and effective treatment tailored to their unique circumstances. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Applicants must hold a full, unrestricted license (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C) to practice independently in their state.
• Strong clinical acumen and experience in creating effective, individualized treatment plans are essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a genuine compassion for helping others, are critical qualities for success in this position.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in delivering telehealth services is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, dependent on your experience and hours worked. Full-time counselors can also benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring access to necessary medical services.
