Job description

As a Senior Program Analyst, you will play a vital role supporting the areas of program/project management, planning, acquisition and procurement, acquisition lifecycle, and governance documentation. You will work collaboratively with a team to provide this type of support for current and future TSA equipment.


Roles/Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will support the TSA's Acquisition Program Management (APM), Program Executive Office (PEO) Property Screening – Electronic Baggage Screening Program (EBSP).
  • The candidate will provide expert program management and analysis support contributing to the development and maintenance of procurement documentation, to include acquisition plans, scheduling, acquisition lifecycle, governance documentation, and analysis of projects.
  • The candidate will provide expert program management support in the development of timelines, reports, briefings, and other project documentation.
  • Position includes a telework or fully remote option; however, preference will be given to local (Springfield, VA) candidates.
  • Other TSA acquisition and procurement needs as determined.


Required Skills and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in program/project management analysis and support.
  • Experience with DHS or DoD acquisition policy and directives.


Security Clearance:

  • Be able to pass DHS suitability screening or DHS financial responsibility standards.
  • Have or be eligible to receive a Secret security clearance. Existing Secret Clearance is a plus.
