We are seeking an Implementation Specialist responsible for leading implementations in our fast-growing professional services department. Working with a dynamic team, your primary responsibility will be to partner with clients and internal stakeholders to drive successful implementations. What will you be doing (your role)?
  • Work with multiple customers simultaneously to successfully manage and implement new clients and their data
  • Develop deep knowledge of the Aplos software including expertise implementing and using Aplos while staying current on the latest product features and enhancements
  • Provide technical accounting expertise and recommendations to customers through consultative product set up, calls, and follow up with users
  • Provide strong project management, consulting, communication, and leadership skills managing expectations and delivering high quality solutions on-time and within scope and budget
  • Practice teamwork and collaboration within services, customer success, and sales to effectively coordinate project execution and hand-off to support

  • 2+ Years of public accounting experience including performing comps, reviews, and audits, or comparable experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in software implementation, project management and/or customer engagement

  • Clear understanding of accounting best practices and GAAP; familiarity with non-profit/church accounting
  • Tech savvy and passionate about learning and managing multiple softwares at once; Familiarity with various accounting software platforms
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including the ability to use advanced functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask

  • Salary - The salary range for this role is $58,000 - $65,000 USD for US candidates and $65,000 - $75,000 CAD for Canadian candidates. Your base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, experience, and geographic location.
