Entry-Level Tax Accountant (Remote)
Location: Remote
Position Type: Full-Time

We are partnering with a well-established public accounting firm known for its collaborative culture, strong mentorship, and long-term career development. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate who wants to build a career in tax with a firm that truly invests in its people.
If you're someone who takes pride in your academic performance, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to learn from experienced professionals, this role offers the ideal starting point.Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and assist with federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses
  • Support senior accountants and managers with tax planning and compliance projects
  • Conduct tax research and stay current on changing tax laws and regulations
  • Assist with client communications and documentation requests
  • Maintain accurate workpapers and ensure timely completion of assignments
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
  • Strong academic record (GPA of 3.5+ preferred or demonstrated academic excellence)
  • Internship or exposure to public accounting is a plus
  • Solid understanding of basic tax and accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CPA track or intention to pursue CPA is highly preferred
