Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to join our team in providing quality outpatient care. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance, while the outpatient office setting enables direct collaboration with a multidisciplinary team when needed. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique needs of patients, developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective individual and group therapy sessions.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups focusing on topics like stress management, coping strategies, and mental wellness to foster a sense of community among patients.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring that patients receive timely and appropriate support.
• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and relevant community resources to promote understanding and empowerment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, adhering to ethical standards for confidentiality and record-keeping.
• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Keep current with new research, developments, and trends in mental health therapy to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and familiarity with a broad range of evidence-based treatment modalities.
• A proven track record of conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Strong experience in providing therapy to diverse populations, including both individual and group settings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in relevant computer applications.

• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting with a focus on delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Demonstrated success in developing and facilitating psychoeducational and support groups is desirable.
• Knowledge of community resources in Cartersville, Georgia, to assist patients in navigating available support options.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
