By focusing on retention and upselling, you'll help transform strong partnerships into long‐term growth.

Duties

Client Relationship & Retention Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, delivering consistent communication and responsive support. Ensure seamless service delivery and proactively resolve issues to maintain high client satisfaction. Build trust with decision‐makers and stakeholders, positioning 1st Choice as a long‐term strategic partner. Upselling & Account Growth Identify and execute upselling and cross‐selling opportunities within existing accounts to expand service lines and increase revenue.

Develop tailored account growth strategies that align client needs with 1st Choice's staffing solutions. Collaborate with leadership on renewal negotiations, expansions, and multi‐year agreements. Partner with recruiters to ensure talent solutions are aligned with client expectations and future demands. Share account insights and market intelligence with the recruiting team to stay ahead of client needs. Leverage ATS, CRM, and reporting tools to track account performance and forecast growth opportunities.
