Job description

Job Title: ZipHQ Admin Location: Remote, anywhere in the US Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3-month contract with possible extension Compensation: $50-70/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Job Description:Our client is a leading connectivity cloud company powering security and networking services for organizations around the world. They are in the midst of a system migration and are looking for a ZipHQ Admin to support their Procurement organization through this transition.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure workflows within ZipHQ, the organization's procurement platform
  • Provide production support across Procurement Contracts, Procurement Operations, and Sourcing, with potential exposure to Accounts Payable and Legal Operations
  • Manage service requests via Jira
  • Support an active migration effort from NetSuite to Oracle Fusion
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment

Minimum Requirements:

  • Deep, hands-on experience with ZipHQ architecture, including building, adjusting, and troubleshooting complex workflows
  • Comprehensive technical understanding of Zip administration and workflow configuration
  • Background in Procurement, Legal, or HR
  • Experience providing production support in a SaaS environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven stakeholder relationship management experience
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively and communicate in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle (Oracle Fusion a plus)
  • Experience with Coupa
