Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Sales, the Primary Care Point of Care Account Executive is a field-based commercial leader responsible for driving business growth, account retention, and expanding the Point of Care footprint across physician office laboratories, clinics, urgent care centers, community health systems, and other non-acute healthcare settings.
This role is accountable for full ownership of assigned accounts, developing strategic relationships with customers and distribution partners, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering value-based solutions that improve clinical and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

Account Ownership & Strategic Leadership

  • Serve as the primary owner of assigned accounts and opportunities within the territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to regional and national objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing customers and targeted prospects.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and adjust strategies based on evolving customer and market conditions.

The base pay range for this position is:

$93,600 - $128,700

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.

Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position.
