We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst (REMOTE) to join our team!  This position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in Canada. 

Job Responsibilities Include:

  •  Lead requirements gathering and workshops with Business stakeholders
  •  Develop clear business requirements, Epics, User stories, process maps, and functional specifications
  •  Walk through Business recommendations across diverse teams and get consensus on solution roadmap
  •  Solely own Product Backlog for end-to-end Product development from both Business and     

 technical solution stand point

  •  Hands-on experience working in SAFe and Scrum framework
  •  Act as a liaison between business units, project manager, Technical and Testing team
  •  Support project planning, business cases, risk assessments, and implementation activities
  •  Analyze current-state processes and recommend improvements aligned with organizational standards
  •  Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for a wide range of audiences
  •  Ensure compliance with relevant policies, privacy requirements, and accessibility standards
  •  Build effective relationships and manage expectations among internal and external stakeholders

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • 4-6 years of strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into clear documentation
  • 4-6 years of experience in Agile, SAFe framework
  • 4-6 years of experience in Jira, Confluence, Lucid Chart/Visio
  • 4-6 years familiarity with project management and support Scrum master in Sprint/Release metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience on Shopify, Retain B2B and any testing frameworks 

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948.00-$109,650.00.  This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all Canada locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
