What we need

We are seeking a Senior Manager who will serve as the platform owner for MuleSoft, leading the design, delivery, governance, and operational support of EXOL's enterprise integration ecosystem. You will act as the technical lead for customer onboarding, bridging legacy systems and modern cloud applications (API/EDI) across our growing supply chain, logistics, and 3PL fulfillment network.

Exol* is pioneering warehousing-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as wholesale, retail, and general merchandising.

*Exol is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and Softbank.

What you'll do

Platform Leadership & Governance

  • Own the MuleSoft platform strategy, setting development standards, reusable design patterns, and DataWeave mapping best practices.

  • Manage MuleSoft environments, deployment processes, monitoring, and overall operational health.

Customer Onboarding & Project Delivery

  • Serve as the primary technology lead for customer integration workstreams from project initiation through production.

  • Lead cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, and external partners to manage project timelines, implementation quality, and go-live readiness.

  • Develop integration testing strategies (SIT, UAT, End-to-End) and manage cutover planning, hypercare, and production stabilization.

API, EDI & Enterprise Connectivity

  • Lead the implementation of REST/SOAP APIs, EDI transactions, file-based, and event-driven integrations.

  • Partner with teams to streamline customer, supplier, marketplace, and carrier connectivity.

  • Integrate diverse enterprise platforms, including WMS, TMS, ERP, and OMS.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8 years delivering enterprise integration projects; 5 years of hands-on MuleSoft experience (design, development, and support).

  • Strong background in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, eCommerce, or 3PL environments.

  • Deep understanding of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity, DataWeave, EDI, and event-driven architectures.

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and handle multiple customer implementations simultaneously.

  • MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD)

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

  • MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (MCIA) or Platform Architect (MCPA).

  • Experience with EDI platforms (e.g., Orderful) and API-first integration strategies.

  • Experience integrating WMS, TMS, and ERP systems in a high-growth logistics environment.

Our Environment

  • Up to 25% travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.

  • The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
