• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote mental health and personal growth.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, to guide clients through their therapeutic journeys effectively.
• Establish specific therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and actively monitor their progress to ensure sessions are impactful and aligned with treatment objectives.
• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients facing physical mobility challenges or those who prefer the convenience of virtual sessions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any necessary updates in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay current on best practices.

As a mental health therapist at Top Point, you will work with clients of different age groups and circumstances, empowering them to overcome their challenges and achieve their personal goals.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
• A genuine empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards all client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities to handle caseloads efficiently.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly working in a community health environment or private practice.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and an understanding of diverse cultural perspectives in mental health.
• Experience providing teletherapy services, especially during remote sessions.
