Breeding Life and Wealth, founded and led by Jenny and Jeramey Breeding, is growing its team and looking for motivated, coachable people who want to build a meaningful career helping families protect their financial future.

This is a remote, commission-based opportunity where you can work part-time or full-time, receive training and mentorship, and use proven systems to help families find life insurance coverage that fits their needs.

No prior insurance experience is required. An active Life & Health license is preferred, but we can support the right candidate through the licensing process.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Connect with individuals and families who have requested information about life insurance

  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
  • Build long-term client relationships through education and service
Who Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
  • Strong communicator who enjoys helping people
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based role
  • Willing to learn and follow a proven sales process
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred
  • Willingness to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License if not currently licensed
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be a U.S. resident
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely
