This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while maintaining close collaboration with educators, school administrators, and other healthcare professionals. You will engage with students in various school settings, utilizing telehealth and digital platforms. Our organization fosters a team-oriented environment, encouraging collaboration and peer support to ensure that each clinician can perform at their best in meeting clients' needs.

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to students' needs, addressing issues like anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflicts.
• Utilize standardized psychological assessments and diagnostic tools to evaluate the mental health of clients accurately.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals aligned with evidence-based practices.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, including risk assessments for self-harm and developing safety plans.
• Work collaboratively with educators and other school staff to create a supportive environment that promotes mental well-being.
• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and continuing education to enhance your professional skills and stay updated on best practices.

In this role, you will specifically work with students across various age groups and their families, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. Your expertise will be crucial in helping children and adolescents navigate the challenges of their school environment and personal lives, providing them with the tools needed for healthy development and academic success.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing mental health services to diverse populations, particularly in school or community settings.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving to address complex situations with empathy and professionalism.

• Previous experience working in school settings, including knowledge of educational systems and resources.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems used in mental health workflows.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care strategies.
