• Provide clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions to students exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disturbances.
• Develop and implement individualized, developmentally appropriate treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Conduct thorough screenings and, when necessary, recommend further evaluations to inform care decisions.
• Engage actively with parents, educators, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive support for students.
• Carry a manageable caseload of clients, delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients to ensure effective treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as needed.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support as circumstances dictate.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including timely reports and data submissions, while adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational policies.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance service delivery.

This role is centered on serving a diverse population of students in school settings who may be grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Your work will directly address the emotional and social needs of these students, empowering them to reach their fullest potential in a supportive educational environment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
• Expert knowledge in assessment and treatment planning for mental health conditions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to engage clients effectively.
• Organizational proficiency and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with the developmental needs of children and adolescents, as well as cultural competency specific to the communities served.

• Experience in school-based mental health support or a related field is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
• Previous involvement in crisis management and intervention strategies would be beneficial.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
