Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.
• Provide research-backed therapeutic interventions across various formats, including individual sessions, couples therapy, family sessions, and group counseling.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, adapting these techniques to suit the diverse needs of clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care and enhancing the efficacy of treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems efficiently.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying updated about the latest research in mental health to enhance service delivery.

The clients you will engage with come from varied backgrounds and experiences, encompassing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing counseling services, ideally within a clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits
