Greater County Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client issues and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing tailored approaches to address diverse mental health issues.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  • Actively participate in continuous professional development and workshops to remain current with advancements in the mental health field.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams and community resources to enhance client support and care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes individuals and families who face barriers in accessing mental health services, including those with limited financial resources or those from underserved communities. You will work with clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. Your role is vital in providing culturally competent care that respects and responds to the diverse backgrounds of our clients.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted LICENSURE as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
  • Solid understanding of legal, ethical, and professional standards relevant to mental health counseling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with a wide range of clientele.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, our benefits package includes comprehensive dental, vision, and health insurance, along with malpractice insurance. You will also receive client referrals to support your caseload and assistance with billing and documentation to ease administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on client care.
