Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of severe emotional disorders and mental health conditions, both in individual and group therapy sessions.
• Conduct thorough assessments based on evidence-based practices, guiding treatment planning and interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement integrated care plans, ensuring seamless access to services and resources for clients and their families.
• Participate in crisis interventions and support clients through acute mental health challenges as they arise.
• Monitor client progress by reviewing treatment outcomes and adapting care plans accordingly, while maintaining appropriate documentation and adhering to compliance standards.
• Engage in community outreach efforts to raise awareness about mental health services and foster inclusive participation among diverse populations.
• Work collaboratively with discipline-specific teams to advance common goals, actively participating in team meetings and case consultations.
• Maintain ethical standards by adhering to professional guidelines and the code of conduct established by our organization.
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities during and after program hours as required, ensuring continuous support for clients.
• Participate in agency committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving the quality of care provided to our clients.

Qualifications

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.
• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with diverse populations facing mental health and substance use challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, promoting cooperation and shared goals.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in using technology and clinical management systems to maintain documentation and track client progress.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a detox or substance use treatment facility is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and integrated treatment models.
• Experience conducting group therapy sessions and family interventions.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
