• Conduct ethical and compassionate one-on-one mental health counseling sessions via our secure telehealth platform.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to effectively address each client's unique needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to support the personal growth and stability of clients.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their feelings, situations, and relationships through active engagement and reflective listening.
• Monitor client progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments and helping clients cultivate healthy coping mechanisms.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss case management strategies and share best practices for therapeutic interventions.

You will primarily serve a diverse group of stable, low-acuity adults who face a range of mental health challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of various mental health issues, and you will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their experiences while developing resilience and better mental health strategies. Your insights and support will empower clients to make significant strides in improving their day-to-day lives.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must hold a current, unrestricted license to practice independently as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• No disciplinary actions or provisional licenses will be accepted.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Proficient computer skills and comfort with telehealth technology for conducting remote sessions.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is preferred but not mandatory.
• A background in working with diverse populations will enhance your ability to connect with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Prior success in developing treatment plans and engaging clients in the therapeutic process will be advantageous.
