Are you a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) looking for an opportunity to make a lasting impact? Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with an innovative behavioral health organization to hire LCSWs to help launch a brand-new outpatient behavioral health program serving children, adolescents, adults, and underserved Medicaid populations across North Carolina.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct behavioral health screenings and comprehensive psychosocial assessments.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs.

  • Provide individual and telehealth group therapy sessions (up to 15 participants).

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using SimplePractice or a similar EMR while ensuring Medicaid compliance.

  • Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to improve workflows and support program growth.

  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and underserved populations.

What We're Looking For
  • Active, unrestricted North Carolina LCSW license.

  • Experience working with pediatric, adolescent, adult, or underserved Medicaid populations preferred.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience with SimplePractice or a similar electronic medical record system preferred.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
