Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality individual and couples therapy to clients of varying age ranges and backgrounds, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Managing all documentation and record-keeping for clients in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and enhancing the therapeutic process.
• Effectively scheduling ongoing appointments with clients and maintaining a well-organized calendar to optimize productivity.
• Collaborating with our billing service to handle claims, client accounts, and insurance communications, thus allowing you to focus more on client care than administrative tasks.
• Demonstrating the ability to work with a variety of clinical presentations, thereby expanding your expertise and contributing to better patient outcomes.

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals and couples seeking support for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Our aim is to provide clients with tailored therapeutic interventions that facilitate personal growth and improved relationships. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work, complemented by substantial training and licensure as an LCSW, allowing for independent practice.

• Availability to work a full-time schedule, providing a minimum of 20-25 client hours per week, with at least 2 evenings included in your weekly availability.
