This role operates within a remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. Our community health clinic is open Monday through Saturday, providing a range of outpatient services to clients of all ages. You will have the autonomy to create and maintain your schedule while we take care of credentialing and managing insurance participation.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to determine mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Engage in triage care management by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring interventions align with the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to departmental standards.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support patient success in achieving their individualized service goals.
• Carry out case management duties, working closely with hospital and community professionals to coordinate the best care possible.
• Participate actively in regular meetings and patient rounds, providing updates and gaining insights from colleagues for enhanced collaborative care.

Our patients include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges, spanning various demographics. • Candidates must hold a valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R).
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
• All applicants should have at least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating their ability to provide effective care.
• The ability to work during flexible hours, including 10 to 40 hours per week, to cater to client needs.

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and treatment planning software to facilitate efficient workflows and maintain patient documentation.
• Demonstrated success in implementing therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.
